Now that we’ve shared with you the secrets of Kopi Tubruk, Cold Brew Coffee and our range of instant coffee and lattes, your home café menu is almost complete! Besides these, ice-blended drinks are also a staple in many coffee chains across the globe. These combine the caffeine kick of coffee with the freezing cold temperature of crushed ice.
With many of us working from home, there are fewer opportunities to pick up these delectable drinks from our favorite cafés. As such, we at JJ Royal Coffee, have created these two simple ice-blended coffee recipes for you to enjoy in the comfort of your homes!
These recipes combine the bold flavors of our JJ Royal Tubruk lattes with flavorful fruits to create a perfect balance that will tickle your tastebuds. As our JJR Tubruk Lattes are not very sweet, you can choose to add the optional ingredients we have listed after each recipe to satiate that sweet tooth!
Ice-Blended Mochaberries

The classic pairing of chocolate with berries is truly a match made in heaven. You can almost always find chocolatey desserts drizzled with a raspberry or strawberry sauce. This creates a perfect balance between the richness of chocolate and the sweet tartness of berries. One of the few ways to take this further is to include the complementary flavor of coffee!

Ice-Blended Banoffee

Banoffee pie is a traditional English sweet treat, made with bananas, toffee or caramel, and cream. While Banoffee is typically a portmanteau combining “Banana” and “Toffee”, the combination of banana and coffee also makes a yummy harmony! With that in mind, we have replicated this recipe to make a coffee beverage version of banoffee pie!
