2019 has been an eventful year for JJ Royal Coffee! From launching the first-ever JJ Royal coffee bar to having sampling workshops, we are just getting started! As the year draws to an end, we want to celebrate our success thus far with you. Check out our milestones for the year.
January
We started the year with a bang by launching our Bali, Toraja and Mandheling ground coffees in selected Fairprice Finest stores! This release was perfectly in time for Chinese New Year, which brought about huge exposure for our brand.
March - June
Who loves and needs coffee more than working adults? In March, we kicked off our pantry takeover initiative across 4 JustCo offices for a week! JustCo members got to try out various JJ Royal coffee flavours ranging from our Sumatra classic to the bold and buttery Toraja coffee!
In April, we hit our next milestone with the launch of islandwide Fairprice finest sampling roadshows. Held at different Fairprice finest locations, these roadshows presented JJ Royal Coffee’s flavours to a wider audience. Customers also got to enjoy our ‘Buy 1, Get 1 free’ offer with coffee tins, which turned out to be a huge hit!
July
In July, we took it up a notch by officially opening the JJ Royal Coffee Bar at Warehouse Club. This is our first physical location in Singapore serving delicious specialty coffee beverages and our full innovative range of products, including the JJ Royal Coffee Tubruk lattes. Strategically placed at the Fairprice hub, this has been crucial in expanding our presence across Singapore as customers could grab a hot cup of coffee while grocery shopping!
September
In an attempt to bring more choices for customers, September saw the launch of 2 additional JJ Royal Single Origin Coffee beans in selected Fairprice Finest Stores!October
November
More events! In November, we secured a partnership with De’Longhi for a 3-week long Showroom event at i12 Katong! We brought an exclusive selection of Indonesian coffee beans that aren’t available elsewhere to shoppers. Best part? You could try them out on any De’Longhi bean to cup machine for a satisfying cuppa! 
December
Christmas is on full swing in December! Coffee plays a big part in the festivity and JJ Royal Coffee is proud to have been a part of the Glamorous Christmas Fair at Fullerton Hotel. We also had another roadshow at Thomson Plaza to conclude the year.
With that, we would like to thank you for all the coffee love we’ve received in 2019! It’s been a fun-filled year full of challenges and exciting times as we continue to expand our brand and presence across Singapore. Our team has also grown since last year with 3 new members joining the JJ Royal Coffee Team.
