ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible to participate in The Challenge, you must:

1. Be a legal resident of Singapore.

2. Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Participants below the age of 18 must obtain the necessary consent from their legal guardians before participation and shall furnish proof of consent should organizers require it.

3. Not be an employee of the event organiser or any of its affiliates partners of GastroBeats.

By participating, each participant represents and warrants that he/she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these Terms and Conditions.

PRIZES:

1. There will be a total of four (4) winners who stand a chance to win the following prizes (“Prizes”):

“Grand Prize” (1 Winner)

De’Longhi Dinamica Automatic Coffee Machine + 12 months’ supply of coffee (Valued at $2,000)

“You’re Close” (3 Winners)

Siroca Crossline Drip Coffee Machine + 12 months’ supply of coffee (Valued at $900)

*12 months supply of coffee includes a choice of 2 x Coffee Beans Pack 500g OR 4 x 200g packs per month x 12 months

2. Winners will be notified through their social media accounts.

3. In the event that The Organiser is unable to contact the winners after 3 attempts, The Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

4. Winners must produce proof of ownership of the winning social media account for verification purposes before the Prize is handed over.

5. All Prizes must be collected within one (1) month of the winner being successfully notified. Any unclaimed Prize will be forfeited.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute the Prizes(s) with another item of a similar value.

7. All Prizes are on an “as is” basis, and are not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. To the extent not prohibited by law, all warranties and representations in connection with the prizes are expressly excluded. Winners shall collect their prizes in person, and shall comply with and be bound by all terms which the prizes may be subject to.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

1. The Winners will be selected and announced within one (1) month after the Challenge Period.

2. The participant who has the closest approximate to The Organiser’s approximation of the total number of beans in the display wins the Grand Prize. In the event that multiple participants have the same winning approximation, The Organiser will randomly select a winner.

3. The next 3 participants with the closest approximate to The Organiser’s approximation of the total number of beans in the display will win the “You’re Close” prize. In the event that multiple participants have the same winning approximate, The Organiser will randomly select 3 winners.

4. Multiple entries from the same participant (regardless of social media platform) will be ignored. Only one random entry will be considered.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA:

1. Participants in this Challenge is deemed to have consented, to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her Personal Data as set out in the clauses below, or as may be set out in any subsequent revised versions of the same:

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Organiser’s decision on all matters including but not limited to methodology of approximation of total number of coffee beans, selection of winners and substitution of Prizes shall be final and binding.
